Wellness & Hormone Profiling

IMA Dynamic Wellness offers Wellness & Hormone Profiling through blood test as part of preventive action. This diagnostic method provides more precise and accurate information on your health status compare to normal medical blood test which mainly emphasis on the condition of your organs. While the Wellness & Hormone Profiling provides overall health not only on organs but also includes body fluids,  tumor marker, inflammatory marker and emphasize a lot on  hormones and enzymes. Total of 66 Biomarker will be tested. Below are the full details of the Wellness & Hormone Profiling:

 

  • Full Blood Count
  • Renal Profile
  • Liver Profile
  • Electrolyte Profile
  • Lipid Profile
  • 9 Hormone Profile (IGF-1, Oestradiol, Insulin, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA,  Cortisol, Free Thyroxine (FT4), Free Triiodothyronine (FT3))
  • Inflammation Profile (HsCRP, Homocysteine)
  • Tumor Marker (Alpha-feto Protein, CA125, C.E.A.)
  • Iron Studies
  • Bone & Joint Marker
  • Infection Disease (Hep. B, TSH, Rheumatoid)
  • Urine Micro Analysis
  • Sugar Profile (Glucose, HbA1c)

 

Individual above 35 years old is recommended to do hormone profiling because our body starts to change at this stage. The test result give a blueprint of your physiology because it will tells us what is happening in your body right now. It is also advisable to do hormone profiling at early age as preventive measurements.

 

This test can be done at our partner lab all over the country in Malaysia. Blood and urine sample will be taken in the morning before 10:00am.

 

Remarks:

  • Overnight fasting is required. Last meal at 8:00pm.
  • Only allow to drink plain water after 8:00pm.
  • Stop all supplements one day before the test day
  • For ladies, do during non-menses period and at least 1 week after it
  • No breakfast on the test day.
  • Drink a glass of water in the morning.
